At Aboki Hairdressers, we want you to be happy with your purchase. However, due to the nature of our products, we are unable to offer refunds or returns unless there is a product defect.

If you receive a product that is defective, please contact us immediately at aboki.hair@xtra.co.nz or +64 3 546 8680  with a photo of the defect. We will do our best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

To return a defective product:

• Package the product securely in the original packaging, if possible.
• Include a copy of your receipt or order confirmation.
• Write a brief note explaining the defect.
• Ship the package to the following address:

Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it and issue a refund or replacement product, if applicable.

Please note that we are not responsible for shipping costs associated with returning products.

At Aboki Hairdressers, we offer standard shipping on all orders for $7 and express for $12. Orders are typically shipped within 1-2 business days of receipt.

We ship to all of New Zealand. We do not currently ship internationally.

Tracking your order:

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to track the status of your order on the carrier's website.
